Have you been wondering how much different foods will taste on an indoor grillthan they do with simple stovetop cooking? Well, from firsthand experience myself, the difference is great. I love grilling foods on my indoor grill. For our family, it is like a night and day difference. Maybe it is due to liking to cook outdoors as well.
As an example, let’s take a basic hamburger. In the old days you would have to fry your patty up in a skillet on the stove. Grease is splattering everywhere and it just doesn’t taste all that great to say the least. Today, you can grill up a hamburger that will rival that of an outdoor charcoal grill.
Another great tasting grilled food is a steak. Sure, you can use the broiler in your oven to cook a steak, but why would you want to? Marinate it and put it on your electric grill and you can have one great tasting steak any time of year. You can do the same thing for vegetables or fish, chicken and other foods. It’s for these reasons that I will take my indoor grill over a stove any day of the week.
