Once the week is up, seperate the solid and bits from the liquid, pour the liquid into an airlocked fermentation container and let stand for one month, rack it and let it stand for two months and then rack it again, bottle it and let it age for at least six months. The resulting wine should be a mellow golden color and be sweet.
